Strengths

  • The company operates four processing facilities across Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.
  • It has an authorised service-partner relationship with JSW Steel Coated Products and/or its holding company dating from 2021.
  • Revenue and profit after tax rose across the reported financial years from March 31, 2024, to March 31, 2026.
  • Its processing and delivery services cover several manufacturing sectors and customer requirements.

Risks

  • JSW Steel Coated Products Limited supplied 85.13% of steel coils in the June 2026 quarter. Supplier restrictions, termination rights and potential competing partners create supply and margin exposure.
  • The top ten customers accounted for 67.43% to 73.54% of revenue. Home and commercial appliances contributed 89.93% of product revenue, adding customer and product concentration risk.
  • Raw materials made up 87.60% of total expenses in the June 2026 quarter. Price movements, regional or sector downturns, and capacity under-utilisation may affect results.
  • Borrowings and cash-flow volatility create financing and liquidity risks. Trade payables were ₹85.97 crore as of June 30, 2026.
  • RoC adjudication is pending over a ₹8.76 crore share allotment, alongside past filing delays. One independent director has a pending tax proceeding involving ₹5.8 lakh.
